Kick Butts Day celebrates 20 years on March 18.

Wednesday, March 18 marks the 20th anniversary of Kick Butts Day - a national day of activism to speak out against tobacco. The day was created as an opportunity to raise awareness of the problem of tobacco. In addition, it's also an excellent opportunity to "kick butt" by quitting smoking. For more information on how to get started with your quit, check out this checklist from QUITPLAN Services.
