Monday, June 13 is the next Mini-Quit Monday Challenge from QUITPLAN Services. Your challenge is to practice saying "no" to at least one cigarette that day. Whether a friend or coworker asks you to join them for a smoke break, or if you just say no to yourself, practicing can help you quit.
